Job Title: Gen AI Product Manager (Contract)

Location: Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract Opportunity

Work Authorization: USC or GC Only — No C2C

We are currently seeking an experienced Gen AI Product Manager to support enterprise-level digital product initiatives within a highly regulated financial environment. This role focuses on driving Generative AI product strategy, execution, and large-scale digital transformation efforts .

Responsibilities

• Lead Gen AI digital product initiatives with enterprise impact

• Analyze complex product challenges across business and technology

• Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution alignment

• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and business leadership

• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and delivery standards

• Consult on large-scale digital transformation initiatives

MUST HAVE

• 2+ years Digital Product Management experience

• Experience delivering AI or Gen AI products

• Enterprise or financial services environment experience

• Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic consulting skills

• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Proven Digital Product Management experience or equivalent consulting background

• Ability to evaluate complex, long-term product challenges

• Experience working within structured policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
