ManpowerGroup Electronic Repair Technician in Charlotte, North Carolina

Our client, a global technology manufacturing company , is seeking an Electronic Repair Technician to join their team. As an Electronic Repair Technician , you will be part of the Production & Repair Department supporting the Electronics Repair, Assembly, and Quality teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , excellent hand‑eye coordination , and a willingness to cross‑train , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electronic Repair Technician

Location: Charlotte,NC

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Repair, troubleshoot, and test handheld electronic devices and small electronic components.

  • Work with very small parts using tools such as tweezers, precision screwdrivers, and magnification equipment.

  • Perform electronic assembly, part replacements, and component-level diagnostics.

  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and follow established procedures under general supervision.

  • Support cross‑functional tasks, collaborate with the repair team, and assist in continuous improvement activities.

What’s Needed?

  • 1 to 1.5 years of recent experience in small electronic assembly, device repair, or similar technical role.

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).

  • Ability to work with very small parts and fine‑motor tools (tweezers required).

  • Basic computer skills and technical aptitude.

  • Willingness to cross‑train and work in a fast‑paced repair environment.
