ManpowerGroup Electronic Repair Technician in Charlotte, North Carolina
Our client, a global technology manufacturing company , is seeking an Electronic Repair Technician to join their team. As an Electronic Repair Technician , you will be part of the Production & Repair Department supporting the Electronics Repair, Assembly, and Quality teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , excellent hand‑eye coordination , and a willingness to cross‑train , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Electronic Repair Technician
Location: Charlotte,NC
Pay Range: $18.50 per hour
What’s the Job?
Repair, troubleshoot, and test handheld electronic devices and small electronic components.
Work with very small parts using tools such as tweezers, precision screwdrivers, and magnification equipment.
Perform electronic assembly, part replacements, and component-level diagnostics.
Maintain accurate repair documentation and follow established procedures under general supervision.
Support cross‑functional tasks, collaborate with the repair team, and assist in continuous improvement activities.
What’s Needed?
1 to 1.5 years of recent experience in small electronic assembly, device repair, or similar technical role.
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Ability to work with very small parts and fine‑motor tools (tweezers required).
Basic computer skills and technical aptitude.
Willingness to cross‑train and work in a fast‑paced repair environment.
