Contract Duration: 12 months with strong likelihood of an extension or conversion to full time
Required Skills & Experience
Proven stakeholder engagement skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
Independence — able to run with tasks and report back with insights
Experience juggling multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
Strong communication and leadership skills:
Must be able to lead meetings independently, able to report back risks or issues clearly and concisely
Financial Services experience is required
What You Will Be Doing
Assist in end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end, while developing and implementing program and project level processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
Proven record of being able to manage multiple project efforts at the same time.
Provides clear and concise written and verbal communication for project status and escalates appropriately to ensure timely removal of roadblocks.
Ability to dissect technical problems, analyze data, and recommend potential solutions.
Strong experience with synthesizing input from multiple sources into business requirements, standards, and/or guidelines.
Lead or participate in moderately complex programs and initiatives for data quality, governance, and metadata activities.
Design and conduct moderately complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality, data integrity, process, and control gaps.
