Responsibilities for Customer Project/Program Manager include but are not limited to:

· Lead and manage large, complex, high‑risk customer projects, ensuring successful delivery across regions.

· Oversee project financials, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and accurate forecasting.

· Drive business development by identifying, assessing, and developing new client opportunities.

· Manage client relationships, acting as the senior delivery contact and representing the organization externally.

· Lead and mentor project teams, managing up to 40 resources and supporting skill development and performance input.

Candidates for Customer Project/Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Bachelor’s degree (First Level University degree required).

· Minimum 7 years of project management experience or similar roles.

· Strong understanding of HP Services project management policies, processes, and methodologies.

· Ability to independently solve complex problems requiring deep analysis and expert judgment.

· PMP Certification (required).

· Shift: Onsite (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Monday to Friday

Pay Details: $34.20 to $44.78 per hour
