Citigroup Credit Bureau Delivery Lead Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina
This Credit Bureau Delivery Lead Analyst is part of the Audience & Data Management pillar Citi's US Personal Banking Marketing & Franchise Development organization and will support the strategic agenda and data driven solutions for prospect Acquisitions & Existing Customer Audience Management. Candidate will provide expertise in Credit Bureau data, capabilities and will also help navigate the ingestion of data sources across our ecosystems. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors and successfully manage the end-to-end project life cycle for deliverables that supports a variety of critical requirements including marketing campaigns, strategic planning and other functions across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Execute and govern consumer credit bureau data initiatives supporting Marketing, Analytics modeling/segmentation, and regulatory research (FCRA, CFPB).
Lead complex projects and process design in a highly regulated environment, ensuring audit readiness, strong controls, and on‑time delivery.
Own data quality, governance, and compliance for critical vendor data assets, ensuring regulatory and policy adherence.
Design and maintain process automation, maker/checker audit controls, and MIS reporting to improve efficiency and data integrity.
Serve as a credit bureau and FCRA subject matter expert; translate technical and regulatory concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Partner cross‑functionally and with vendors to deliver compliant, high‑quality data solutions and manage performance.
Develop dashboards and reporting (Tableau, SQL, SAS, Snowflake) to support insight generation, oversight, and decision‑making.
Independently manage priorities, adapt to ambiguity, and drive results with strong ownership and follow‑through.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications
6+ years of in-depth knowledge of consumer credit bureau data, capabilities and other industry relevant experience, including proven understanding of the FCRA regulatory space.
6+ years' experience in project management including direct knowledge of process design, auditing controls, execution and delivery within highlight regulated industry.
Hands-on expertise with process automation & audit (maker/checker) experience. Working knowledge of data visualization (Tableau, etc.), dashboards & reports, MIS experience
Advanced proficiency in project management techniques, process reengineering and a strong aptitude for quality assurance and data governance.
Cloud experience via Snowflake, other platforms and design principles within for evolving data sharing, oversight and audit needs.
SQL, SAS experience, other coding and reporting languages a plus
Possesses dynamic ability in both written and verbal communications; navigate technical/analytical information to nontechnical constituents and extensive project/process/audit control management skill sets.
Ability to provide strategic direction and management of credit bureau initiatives for Marketing expansion, Analytics Modeling/Segmentation builds, Regulatory research (FCRA, CFPB etc..) and other credit data assets/processing capabilities.
Actively governs the quality and information content of critical components of vendor data to ensure information integrity and compliance protocols are adhered to based regulatory requirements and policies.
Fluid in cross functional environment, ensures data quality for all deliverables are sound; carry on process oversight and consults internal partners in data assets interpretation initiatives. Takes ownership of the strategic involvement of vendor processes and all related deliverables.
Extensive experience in project/process management, audit automation and report creation. Advanced computer competency in Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Campaign Management Tools and SharePoint
Ability to multi-task, adapt to and manage changing priorities, as well as thrive in a continually evolving environment
Comfortable in ambiguous situations, a self-starter and self-learner who can work independently, with strong follow through skills
Capability to identify fresh approaches to marketing processes and technology and shows a willingness to question traditional assumption
Experience managing partner/vendor relations and performance; evaluating proposals and negotiating agreements
Able to rapidly assimilate and report on complex information
Strong project management skills required to lead the development and implementation of new programs.
Highly organized individual who can establish and successfully drive results against goals Strong communication, presentation, leadership and influencing skills; experienced at interacting with various levels within the organization, including senior management.
A quick, decisive thinker with the ability to partner with the appropriate individuals both internally and externally to support delivery of a successful projects and production processes.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
Industry certifications strongly preferred (Agile Kanban, PMP, Lean, etc.)
