Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for helping children and adolescents navigate mental health and substance use challenges? AtMonarch NC, we provide trauma-informed, person-centered care to individuals of all ages and were looking for a dedicated RN to join our ChildCrisis Teamin Charlotte.

Work Schedule:

  • Saturday and Sunday (3:00pm - 11:00pm) Every Other Weekend

What You'll Do

As a Child Behavioral Health RN, you will:

  • Provide direct nursing care to children and adolescents in crisis
  • Administer psychiatric medications and monitor responses
  • Conduct nursing assessments and support treatment planning
  • Respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies with calm, compassionate expertise
  • Coordinate care and referrals for emergency medical treatment when needed
  • Follow detoxification protocols and assist with crisis and aftercare planning

What You Bring

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (minimum requirement)
  • Active RN licensein North Carolina
  • 1+ year of experiencein a crisis management setting
  • 1+ year of experienceworking with children, youth, or adolescents in a behavioral health crisis setting
  • Working knowledge ofpsychiatric medicationsand trauma-informed care
