Job Title: Automation Commissioning Engineer
Job Description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the efficiency, quality, and profitability of process manufacturing through state-of-the-art control systems. As an Automation Commissioning Engineer, you will play a critical role in executing automation commissioning and validation protocols, troubleshooting non-conformances, and implementing programmable logic controller (PLC) configurations.
Responsibilities
Execute automation commissioning and validation protocols.
Troubleshoot and remediate commissioning and validation non-conformances.
Collaborate with internal engineers and clients to improve efficiency, product quality, and profitability of process manufacturing.
Define and implement programmable logic controller (PLC) configurations.
Conduct testing and on-site commissioning and qualification of control systems.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Allen-Bradley and Rockwell PLCs.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with commissioning in a GMP/Pharma environment.
Ability to execute assignments with minimal supervision.
2-8 years of experience in automation or a related field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer or Chemical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting Rockwell PLCs.
Experience in a GMP/Pharma environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
