ManpowerGroup Application Programmer III in Charlotte, North Carolina

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Application Programmer III to join their team. As an Application Programmer III, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the enterprise application development team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Application Programmer III - Oracle PL/SQL Developer - W2 role

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

Pay: $60-$65/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Understand client requirements (stories), develop story-level design, and translate into deliverables.

  • Learn and apply business processes to assigned tasks effectively.

  • Work within an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Demonstrate excellent programming, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and SQL statements in Oracle 19c.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant roles.

  • Strong expertise in Oracle packages, procedures, functions, and analytics functions.

  • Experience with performance tuning and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL code.

  • Ability to develop reusable development standards for solutions and system enhancements.

  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
