Wells Fargo Account Management Strategy & Execution - Business Credit Card in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

We are seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Business Credit Card organization, accountable for defining and leading strategies into executable account management capabilities across the customer lifecycle. This role owns the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and performance outcomes for account, card, and credit line management experiences across all channels.

This leader will partner with teams such as Product, Risk, Operations, and Agile Product to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer centric solutions. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking operator with strong judgment, executive presence, and a proven ability to drive complex initiatives to measurable business results in a highly matrixed environment.

This role is critical to enabling responsible growth and superior customer experiences within Business Credit Card. As a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, you will ensure that strategy is converted into shippable, compliant, and scalable capabilities that balance customer value, business performance, and risk stewardship across the full account lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Define, influence and deliver the multi-year roadmap for account management capabilities, including account servicing, card management, and credit line experiences.

• Innovation & ideation: Source and shape high impact opportunities; establish clear problem statements and hypotheses; and test and learn plans aligned to enterprise strategies

• Performance impact: Deliver measurable improvements within experiences that drive utilization and engagement.

• Cross functional leadership: Independently influence and align senior stakeholders across multiple lines of businesses and facilitate complex decision making in ambiguous environments.

• Program delivery: Lead end-to-end execution of initiatives and ensure initiatives meet delivery commitments while balancing speed, quality and risk.

• Risk discipline & readiness: Drive accountability for initiatives, limit risk exposure, and adherence to policy requirements.

• Business performance reviews: Assess strategy effectiveness using data and insights; recommend optimizations grounded in quantitative and qualitative findings

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading enterprise scale account management or servicing strategies with demonstrated business impact

• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and executive level communication skills

• Strong track record delivering complex initiatives in highly matrixed, regulated environments

• Experience of agile product development and partnering with Product/Tech

• Successfully operating in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines

• Financial services experience, particularly in Business Credit Cards or Retail Banking strongly preferred

• Experience with Risk & compliance: Adhere to enterprise risk and control standards; maintain evidence of control design/operationalization and partner through examinations, audits, and RCSA activities

• Experience with Change readiness: Ensure end to end readiness (process, procedures, training, communications, monitoring) for each launch and establish post launch success criteria

• Experience with matrix leadership responsibilities such as leading virtual and vendor engagements

• Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, not just deliverables

Job Expectations:

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
