Cornerstone OnDemand Associate Director, Revenue Analytics in Charleston, West Virginia
The Associate Director, Revenue Analytics is responsible for driving revenue predictability, pipeline intelligence, and executive-level GTM insights across New Business, Expansion, and Renewals. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to translate growth strategy into actionable analytics, forecasting models, and operational dashboards.
In this role you will…
Own revenue planning models aligned to AOP and long-range growth targets.
Lead pipeline health, coverage, and forecast intelligence including variance and risk analysis.
Develop and maintain executive KPI dashboards and metric definitions.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on pipeline, expansion, and renewal analytics.
Design and evolve customer health score and churn risk models.
Produce executive-ready insights, pre-reads, and decision support materials.
Enable self-serve analytics and mentor analysts within the RevOps COE.

Pipeline build methodology and monthly/annual targets.
Forecast and pipeline health models.
Customer health score and churn analytics.
ELT KPI dashboards and data validation.
Executive GTM analytics and board-level insights.
You have what it takes if you have…
8+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Analytics, or GTM Strategy.
Strong background in pipeline modeling, forecasting, and revenue planning.
Advanced analytics skills (SQL, BI tools, data modeling).
Ability to communicate complex insights to executive audiences.
Experience partnering cross-functionally across GTM teams.
Extra dose of awesome if you have...
SaaS or subscription business experience.
Customer health, churn, or post-sale analytics experience.
Prior exposure to ELT or Board-level analytics workflows.
