Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate who will carry out paint tinting and order filling tasks to support our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with all laws and regulations
Adhere strictly to quality management, company policies, and procedures
Proper use and maintenance of technology and equipment
Efficiently use mixing equipment and scales
Report any production deviations to supervisors
Complete daily assignments on time
Maintain effective communication within your team
Use internal computer programs (e.g., SAP)
Support Lean Management/5S initiatives
Observe and report all health and safety issues or improvement opportunities
Maintain an organized and efficient work area
Perform additional duties as required by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Must complete hazardous waste training within 6 months of employment, with annual recertification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred: Experience with SAP
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong customer service orientation
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
Ability to perform essential job functions safely
Regular, punctual attendance required
Frequent walking, standing, heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), carrying, bending, kneeling, and reaching
Exposure to fumes and hazardous chemicals; must be able to wear a respirator and pass annual respirator fit testing
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
Must understand instructions as provided by supervisors
