Job Title: Concrete Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking concrete laborers to inspect concrete pipes for surface defects and imperfections, perform patching and finishing work using hand tools, grinders, and patching materials, and mix and apply concrete or patching compounds to repair damaged areas. This role also involves assisting with form setup, stripping, and cleaning as needed, operating basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor and industrial environments.
Responsibilities
Inspect concrete pipes for surface defects and imperfections.
Perform patching and finishing work using hand tools, grinders, and patching materials.
Mix and apply concrete or patching compounds to repair damaged areas.
Assist with form setup, stripping, and cleaning as needed.
Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
General labor experience.
Proficiency with hand tools.
Knowledge of production processes.
Experience in concrete, construction, and masonry.
Skill in concrete finishing and working with concrete slabs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in concrete repair.
Masonry skills.
Dry wall experience.

Work Environment
The position is available on the night shift, from 12am to 9am, with two openings. You will work in an outdoor warehouse that is non-climate controlled, loud, and dirty. Expect to work over 10 hours of overtime a week, with occasional mandatory Saturdays given with a three-day notice. The environment is industrial and requires adaptability to outdoor conditions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
