Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years maintenance experience in a hospital, or diversified building maintenance, or residential.
Technical or Trade School in Plumbing related to industrial maintenance or other related field preferred.
Plumbing experience preferred.
Must have ability to work different fields of maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.), and to diagnose equipment problems and find solutions.
Will require working in indoor and outdoor environments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charleston, SC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
