The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Project Manager to manage User Experience Monitoring (UExM) IT Engineering efforts supporting the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS). As a project manager, you will work with the Senior Management Team to develop an integrated master schedule, cyber roadmaps, identify and manage continuous improvement projects, and work alongside a large team of several hundred personnel working to integrate at-scale enterprise solutions together.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of engineers, between 10 and 15 personnel. Includes personnel development, annual assessments, and semi-annual personnel evaluations.
Organize, plan, schedule, and report on all elements of the Project Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Develop and Maintain the Project Management Plan
Make daily updates to assigned tasks within the assigned task tracking system (Project Online, Planner)
Managed project Risks and Issues with weekly reviews and daily updates (as required)
Identify redundant efforts, make recommendations on project efficiencies, and implement continuous improvement for processes and procedures
Decompose the WBS into the refined task list necessary to implement the package, developed and maintained within in the Integrated Master Schedule in Project Online.
Direct and review the work of project team members
Work with assigned technical lead to prioritize work and ensure successful delivery of program, and project, milestones.
Work with Stakeholders within the DAF to educate on the scope and value of the project, guiding the effort through the DAF board review gates, and driving engagement.
Ensure your team follows program processes and policies. Coordinate with other internal teams
Qualifications:
Required:
Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
3 years of experience as a project manager
2 years of experience developing schedules within Microsoft Project, or Microsoft Project Online
Excellent public speaking skills with experience briefing senior leaders; both contractor and government
One of the following:
Certification: Project Management Professional – PMP
4-year degree: Technical Management Degree

Every Thursday must be in the Chantilly office with 2 additional days (at a minimum)
Hybrid Office/Home is allowed with approval of supervisor

Pay Range :
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200
