We are seeking a Mid‑Level Systems Engineering SETA professionals to support a critical customer within the Intelligence Community. This role provides onsite advisory and analytical support to government leadership, with a blend of programmatic support and high‑impact technical systems engineering expertise.
The position is SETA support and requires the ability to operate comfortably in a fast‑paced, senior‑level stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general SETA support including incoming records management, meeting coordination, scheduling, and calendar management, drafting memos, point papers, and briefing materials
Support senior government stakeholders with clear, concise documentation and coordination support
Supporting the analysis and design of advanced intelligence systems
Helping develop briefings and materials that explain system designs, risks, and dependencies
Applying knowledge of AI‑enabled technologies to improve system concepts and solutions
Supporting software development efforts using modern, Agile approaches
Reviewing technical and acquisition documentation to ensure alignment with Intelligence Community.
Analyzing and developing materials (briefings, point papers, spreadsheets) used by senior leaders to make decisions
This is a collaborative, on‑site advisory role where you’ll work closely with technical experts and government leadership on complex, mission‑critical challenges.
Work Environment:
Location: On-Site
Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
Working Hours: Standard
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree and 5-8 year’s experience
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
Experience providing SETA support within the Intelligence Community
Strong background in systems engineering for complex technical systems
Experience with space systems (SIGINT, GEOINT, Commercial)
Working knowledge of AI system architectures, IC acquisition policies, or Software development lifecycles
Proven ability to produce clear, concise, senior‑level documentation
Desired Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree and 8-11 year’s experience
Experience working with model-based systems engineering
Experience with AI Systems Architecture
Experience with the IC Acquisition Lifecycle
Familiarity with Agile development in government environments
Prior experience supporting senior IC leadership
Strong analytical and briefing skills
