Noblis FADE Deputy Operations Lead in Chantilly, Virginia
Responsibilities
Noblis ESI is seeking a FADE Deputy Operations Lead to support our government customer on-site in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities Include:
Establish and maintain processes for program requirements management across the program as they pertain to operations.
Identify and assign (with team input) direct support roles and responsibilities for the SETA team.
Establish periodic/regular SETA meetings to actively coordinate support to the program as it pertains to operations.
Define and manage team operations processes in collaboration with the Government PM and SETA PM, including processes and operating procedures supporting technical requirements management as well as team roles and responsibilities.
Serves as a member of the RUSHMORE 2 or Landmark contract.
Manage the stakeholder engagement process for the program, aligning FADE SETA expertise to assist with mission partner requirements and engagements.
Work directly with the Government Program Manager, Government Office Leadership (Chief Engineer, Chief Architect, and Technical Director), and support staff to align program development with group and office direction.
Accountable for executing and assisting in the development of FADE external engagements and agreements.
Required Qualifications
Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
US Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience OR Master's degree and 6 years of related experience.
Experience engaging with mission partners.
Defining and managing team acquisition, contractual and financial processes in collaboration with the Government PM, including processes and operating procedures supporting technical requirements management as well as team roles and responsibilities.
Desired Qualifications
Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree in relevant field of study preferred.
Prior management experience on similar work.
Experience with software development.
Experience with Cloud Computing.
Experience with and knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

USD $132,900.00 - USD $207,750.00 /Yr.
