Aerotek Senior Technician Production- Flowell Assembler in Chanhassen, Minnesota
Sr. Technician, Production – Flowcell Assembler
Location: Chaska, MN (Training in Miami, FL)
First Shift | $24–$28 per hour (depending on experience)
We are seeking a Sr. Production Technician to support the assembly and testing of high‑performance diagnostic instruments used in patient care worldwide. This hands‑on role focuses on complex mechanical assembly and module‑level testing in a regulated manufacturing environment, with frequent precision work under a microscope.
The role begins with paid training in Miami, FL, followed by a transition to Chaska, MN, where you will support knowledge transfer and the launch of the DxH production line.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform complex assembly and testing using SOPs, drawings, and digital work instructions
• Complete work orders accurately to meet quality and delivery targets
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Engineering and Quality
• Maintain documentation, training records, and production traceability
• Support a safe, organized manufacturing floor
• Train and mentor technicians as the team grows
Qualifications
• 5+ years of manufacturing or production technician experience
• Experience in regulated environments preferred (medical device, FDA, ISO)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting
Work Environment
• Clean, climate‑controlled manufacturing area
• Dedicated workstation
• Rotational travel to Miami with all expenses covered

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
