? What You’ll Do
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead assembly operations for advanced immunoassay diagnostic instruments while driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
You will:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of production associates
Provide regular performance feedback and support career growth
Ensure all employees are fully trained on equipment, processes, and procedures
Oversee daily manufacturing operations in compliance with FDA QSR, GMP, and industry standards
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 5S, Gemba) to drive continuous improvement
Identify and implement process, workflow, and equipment efficiency improvements
Partner cross-functionally (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain) to solve complex manufacturing challenges
Support and approve design and process changes with a focus on manufacturability
Maintain accurate production records and KPI reporting
Set and achieve ambitious yet attainable operational goals
Build structured training plans and long-term workforce strategies aligned with business growth
✅ What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
High School Diploma with 8+ years of regulated manufacturing experience
OR
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience
OR
Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience
Leadership & Technical Skills
Proven success leading production teams using measurable goals and performance standards
Hands-on experience with Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Gemba)
Working knowledge of FDA, QSR, and/or GMP requirements
Strong data analysis skills for KPI tracking and process improvement
Experience building scalable, sustainable production processes

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
