Material Handler Supervisor
As our Material Handler Supervisor, you will lead the material handling team to ensure they are working to achieve our daily, weekly, and monthly goals and objectives. You will manage the team to all aspects of the material handling processes including, receiving, warehouse management, inventory, parts picking, product movement and shipping of materials and supplies throughout the facility. You will also possess great leadership skills and problem-solving abilities to assist the team to identify process improvements and help implement found improvements.
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Salary: $70,000 to $90,000

Your Challenge
Ensure continuous efficient flow of product and supplies into and throughout the facility, accurately and in a timely manner.
Assures that there are adequate materials, supplies, tools, and equipment for the team to be successful. Communicate opportunities for additional material, supplies, tooling and equipment to support the team’s success.
Monitor priorities to ensure the team is focused and working on the right tasks to support customer focused success.
Ensure cycle counting is completed quarterly with accuracy as the focus.
Assists in determining manpower and skills needed so those schedules are maintained.
Support training efforts and track progress of everyone within material handling.
Ensure shipments meet customer ship dates in a timely manner.
Must be open to overtime and occasional Saturdays.
Keep the warehouse and other material handling areas clean and organized.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2-4 years of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of Material Handling/Shipping/Receiving processes a must.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Must be a U.S. Person.
