Job Title: 1st Shift Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance on various production equipment, including mixers, fillers, labelers, conveyors, and packaging lines. The technician will diagnose and address mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operation.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mixers, fillers, labelers, conveyors, packaging lines, and other production equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Repair or replace defective components such as motors, pumps, valves, sensors, and control devices.
Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate filling, mixing, and batching.
Ensure equipment operates in compliance with GMP, FDA, and company quality standards.
Support production teams during changeovers, setups, and line adjustments.
Document maintenance activities accurately in CMMS systems.
Assist with equipment validation, qualification, and process improvements.
Essential Skills
Experience with maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical troubleshooting.
Knowledge of automation systems, PLC programming, HMI, and PLC troubleshooting.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on automated equipment.
Understanding of 3-phase electrical systems and industrial maintenance practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with automated equipment and PLC control systems.
Experience in industrial maintenance and repair.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
