Clarios Operator in Changxing, China
职责概述：
从事生产的雇员，完成生产，工作有较高技术性，工作应接受上级主管的直接领导。
主要工作职责 ：
1.学习并了解精益生产理论,。
2.符合工作规范(包括安全,质量,5S,效率,设备,上级要求)。
3.确保填写的各项相关数据的正确性和及时性，协助工长和组长确保前3项重要问题不断获得解决。
4.参加培训,掌握多岗位技术,获取上岗证,能独立操作并解决发生的基本问题。
5.参与班组建设(包括自然工作组活动).
6.遇任何事发生，应及时报告上层管理层，做好班组记录，并作初步处理。
7.与其他岗位或班组的人员经常保持良好的合作关系。
8.维护班组生产中的安全和执行区域5S工作。
9.维持管理控制系统，支持公司的发展计划。
10.完成指定的其他工作。
任职资格要求：
》身体健康，吃苦耐劳，能适应12小时倒班制
》初中以上学历（认识26个字母）
》遵纪守法，遵守公司安全、质量等规章制度
