ManpowerGroup Technical Project Manager in Chandler, Arizona

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Operations Department supporting migration and virtualization projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a technical background in virtualization environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

Pay Range: $62 - $70/hr on W2

May need to work weekends - once a month “flex the schedule” – get off sat and Sunday, and take Monday and Tuesday off

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate migration work with project team technical resources to ensure seamless execution.

  • Manage non-automated migrations in collaboration with application teams.

  • Develop, manage, and execute detailed migration plans to meet project deadlines.

  • Raise change requests and issues with internal technical teams, driving resolution efficiently.

  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

What's Needed?

  • Experience with virtualization environments, including VMware products such as ESXi, vSphere, and vSAN.

  • Strong understanding of core network concepts and infrastructure.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information.

  • Proven ability to coordinate large projects and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux virtual machines and migration processes.
