Responsibilities for a Relationship Support Manager include but are not limited to:

• Lead strategic engagement between Enterprise Process Management (EPM) and Process Management stakeholders, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and proactive collaboration.

• Shape governance and risk oversight by applying expertise in process lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Drive operational excellence through portfolio performance tracking, data‑driven insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Enable transformation through workflow modernization, automation opportunities, and transparency enhancements across Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI).

• Prepare and deliver executive‑level communications and strategic updates to senior leadership, horizontal stakeholder routines, and risk committees.

• Oversee end‑to‑end tracking of EPM and Global Tech deliverables, ensuring timely and successful execution.

• Manage CTI’s Single Process Inventory (SPI) to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and operational risk standards.

• Collaborate across lines of business, risk partners, and process owners to reinforce alignment, accountability, and operational efficiency.

• Champion digital workflow tools, OpEx initiatives, and governance routines to support modernization and standardization.

• Monitor Issues Alignments & Timelines, preparing Process Health Assessments, Portfolio Health Dashboards, and completing POCE and Control Ratings.

Candidates for the Relationship Support Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field (MBA, PMP, Six Sigma preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in process governance, operational risk, relationship management, or related functions.

• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements, governance routines, and data‑driven outcomes.

• Proven ability to communicate and influence at an executive level with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Expertise in process design, control frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory alignment.

• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau) and workflow platforms (e.g., Jira).

• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to balance tactical execution with long‑term organizational goals.

Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Assignment: 12‑month hybrid assignment in Chandler, AZ

Pay Details: $88.03 per hour
