Responsibilities for a Relationship Support Manager include but are not limited to:
Manage and prioritize requirements within Jira, including epics, user stories, tasks, and workflow tracking; ensure requirements are clearly documented, feasible, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Execute and monitor quality control processes, conduct audits, validate deliverables, and ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations using Jira data and reporting.
Design and optimize problem‑solving systems and processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvements supported by data analysis and Jira insights.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, Power Query) and analytics platforms to produce dashboards, KPI reports, and actionable insights.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing data-driven updates, anticipating needs, and resolving issues to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate across teams, promote Jira best practices, and contribute to a culture of accountability, efficiency, and data-informed decision‑making.
Candidates for Relationship Support Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, Microsoft Excel Expert) preferred.
3–5 years of experience in relationship management, project management, or process improvement roles.
2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with strong proficiency in advanced Excel functions and handling large datasets.
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Jira, including requirements management, workflow customization, issue tracking, dashboards, and JQL queries.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Jama Connect, or Visure is a plus; familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and process mapping tools preferred.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Location: Hybrid in Chandler, AZ
Assignment Length: 12‑Month Assignment

Pay Details: $88.03 per hour
