Position Summary
The Material Handler supports manufacturing operations through the safe, accurate, and compliant movement of materials in a highly regulated environment. This role is critical to maintaining production continuity, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect inbound materials
Pull, kit, stock, and stage production, MRO, and line supplies
Perform ERP transactions to track and move materials
Transport explosive and non-explosive materials between buildings and magazines
Accurately log physical movement of materials
Ship, mark, label, and document materials in compliance with 49 CFR and IATA regulations
Create Bills of Lading and coordinate truck pickups and deliveries
Perform cycle counts and physical inventories
Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, golf carts, and delivery vans
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Adhere to PPE, safety, and compliance requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Approximately 2 years of material handling, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record required
Ability to obtain internal certification for forklift, golf cart, and delivery van operation
Ability to obtain 49 CFR and IATA certification post-hire
Basic computer and ERP proficiency
High school diploma preferred; degree not required
Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces
Work Environment
Fast-paced manufacturing and shipping environment
Frequent interaction with Manufacturing, Quality, Security, Planning, and Program Management
Strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and teamwork

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 30,300.00 - 56,300.00
Is this role subject to ITAR?
The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations.
