Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Load Balancing Engineer to join our global Network Services Delivery & Operations team.
This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade Application Delivery Infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical systems.
The ideal candidate will contribute to infrastructure service design, automation, and continuous improvement while supporting Service Request Fulfillment (SRF) processes and maintaining operational excellence across a complex global environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support F5 Load Balancers (LTM (Local Traffic), GTM (Global Traffic))
Design and implement secure and scalable solutions
Handle upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
Troubleshoot network and application issues
Create implementation plans, runbooks, and automation scripts
Work with global teams on deployment and operations
Ensure SLA/KPI targets are met
Experience:
5+ years in Network / Load Balancing
Strong experience in:
F5 LTM & GTM
F5 APM / ASM (basic to intermediate)
Good knowledge of:
TCP/IP, HTTPS, SSL, DNS, BGP
Experience with SSL certificates & PKI
Strong troubleshooting skills
Basic knowledge of F5 iControl API
Certifications like CCNP or F5 (preferred)
Skills:
AVI / VMware load balancing
Python or Bash scripting
Knowledge of iRules, ITIL, security concepts
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent experience.
