Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Digital Product Manager 4 to join their dynamic team. As a Digital Product Manager 4, you will be an integral part of the Digital Product Management department, supporting cross-functional teams focused on cutting-edge digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Chandler, AZ

What's the Job?

  • Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.

  • Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and oversee the delivery lifecycle to ensure timely and quality releases.

  • Coordinate with UI/UX, Data Science, and Technology teams to design and implement innovative solutions.

  • Facilitate communication across teams, remove impediments, and ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, API development, and data integration processes.

  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Postman.

  • Experience working with AI/ML products, especially in financial services, is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
