Location: Chandler, AZ
What's the Job?
Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies within the Commercial Banking line of business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for technology and data science teams.
Engage with UI/UX teams to design intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and meet key business objectives.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders, manage dependencies, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management, business analysis, or related roles.
Strong understanding of system architecture, API development, and data integration processes.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Postman, and experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience in financial services or working with AI/ML products is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex features into user stories.
