We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver/Warehouse Laborer to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

1. Maintain an up to date medical card.
2. Maintain daily pre and post trip inspection reports.
3. Report needed repairs or preventive maintenance is due for truck to supervisor immediately.
4. Ensure trucks have all required safety supplies/forms.
5. Always keep/maintain good appearance of trucks, inside and out.
6. Assist in order pulling and loading of trucks.
7. Deliver product to customer jobsites.
8. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints.
9. Collect payments
10. Inform customers about new products and services.
11. Pickup products from customer's jobsite in accordance with company policy and procedure.
12. Ensure that all material on truck is accompanied by the appropriate paperwork.
13. Maintain a daily manifest. Deliveries/pickups must be made in the order of the daily manifest.
14. Report any type of delivery discrepancies to supervisor immediately.
15. Operate truck in a safe/careful manner at all times.
16. Assist with duties in the warehouse or at sales counter when not driving.
17. Assist in keeping warehouse/yard areas orderly and clean.
18. Follow corporate safety guidelines and policy.
19. Report any accidents to supervisor immediately. (Fill out required forms/take pictures)
20. Certified to operate all material handling equipment.
21. Notify supervisor of any broken or damaged material.
22. Handle TSCO material and equipment in a safe/careful manner at all times.
23. Personal Protective Equipment must be used where required per safety policy.
24. Have an understanding of company operational policies and procedures.
25. Participate in the preparation and working of physical inventories.
26. Work overtime when needed with your supervisor's approval.
27. Attend required branch and company structured meetings.
28. Promote and display teamwork.

Skills Required

1. Qualified to drive the truck the company owns.
2. Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver.
3. Have valid Driver License.
4. Good driving record with no traffic violations.
5. Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.
6. Ability to read a map and follow directions.
7. Knowledge of local area.
8. Product knowledge.
9. Excellent organizational and time management skills .
10. Communication Skills required to interact with customers and branch personnel.
11. Teamwork Skills.
12. Writing skills for accident reports and company paperwork.
13. Basic math skills.
14. Physical Requirements - Lifting up to 80 lbs and carrying up to 50 lbs.
