Description
Job Duties: - Manages assigned retail accounts from order entry to delivery. - Communicates with the warehouse on customer shipping requirements. Ensures that expected ship and arrival dates are met. - Communicates with customer via phone, email, or chat, answering any questions they may have about products, warranties, delivery time, etc. - Resolves any inventory, pricing, and/or quantity issues on the orders. - Reviews out-of-stock items and communicates them to the Sales Representatives and customers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
