John R. Bromiley Company Inc. is an ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified precision manufacturing company that specializes in multi-axis CNC Milling/Turning and multi-axis CNC Swiss Turning. For over 50 years we have offered machining solutions for many industries including Aerospace, Medical, Military, Electric Power, Instrumentation and Hydraulics.

We are seeking a hands‑on Accounting Manager to lead our day‑to‑day financial operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the details, supporting operations, and building stronger financial processes — with a clear path to grow into a Controller‑level position.

You will report to ownership and work directly with the leadership team. You will be deeply connected to shop operations, estimating, and our ECI JobBOSS² ERP system. This is a high‑impact role in a small, team‑oriented environment where accuracy, organization, and follow‑through matter.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

• Manage and/or oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger

• Prepare monthly financial statements and internal reporting

• Maintain journal entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation

• Ensure accuracy, organization, and timeliness of financial data

Cash Flow & Banking

• Monitor cash flow and assist with short‑term forecasting

• Support banking activities and cash management

  • Develop monthly cash flow metrics

• Provide ownership with clear financial visibility

Compliance & External Coordination

• Maintain organized year‑end documentation

• Coordinate with external CPA for tax filings and financial review

• Support customer and vendor documentation requests

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing is required

• Experience with job costing or cost accounting

• Familiarity with ERP systems (JobBOSS² preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred)
