Shipping & Receiving Clerk
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare items for shipping, noting item contents, delivery methods, and other logistical details
- Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
- Identify and resolve shipping or receiving discrepancies as they arise
- Store items received in appropriate storage areas, documenting any changes
- Collaborates and communicates with customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Be honest, punctual, and have a great work ethic
- Perform other duties as needed
