Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based Autism Support
Location: Cerritos Los Angeles, CA
Description:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and ABA-based therapeutic services for students with developmental disabilities—primarily those with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA develops and oversees behavior intervention plans and supervises behavioral service delivery in school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized behavior plans
Supervise and train school staff in ABA strategies
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
Support IEP goals and ensure compliance with school policies
Minimum Requirements:
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
Experience with autism-focused ABA programs (preferred)
CPR certification (if applicable)
TB test and health clearance (as required)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and leadership
Experience in school or pediatric settings
Familiarity with ABA data tools and documentation
