Description We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team in Ceres, California. This role is ideal for someone who pays close attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong organizational skills. This is a Contract to permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in dispatch operations while contributing to a leading company in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Handle incoming calls through a multi-line switchboard, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies.
• Use QuickBooks software to maintain and update financial records.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish to conduct business with clients and team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve workflow.
• Monitor schedules and adjust assignments as needed to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Maintain clear and precise communication with drivers and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.
• Solid knowledge of accounts payable processes.
• Experience using QuickBooks for financial management.
• Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written, to conduct business effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred.
