Oversee win strategies, teaming, pricing, and proposal development for major programs and IDIQs to ensure compelling offerings within the approved proposal budgets.
Coordinate cross-market and cross-sector pursuits when nuclear or energy infrastructure is a core component.
P&L and Portfolio Management
Deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly business performance metrics for the Energy & Nuclear portfolio, including, but not limited to, revenue, profit, margin, cash, and backlog.
Maintain a balanced portfolio across planning/design, PM/CM, and construction/D-B offerings, using ES-wide service lines, in accordance with strategic plans.
Actively manage risk profile, including regulatory, safety, environmental, and contractual risks.
Ensure portfolio visibility to enable deliberate pruning of low-margin or non-strategic work.
Delivery Excellence (in Partnership with Service Lines)

Oversee project delivery and intervene as necessary to resolve or escalate issues.
Talent & Culture
Build and lead a high-performing market leadership and delivery teams (e.g., portfolio managers, client account leads, bid managers, and program & project directors/managers).
Collaborate with ES-wide service lines to ensure sufficient and appropriately skilled and trained management and technical resources are available to successfully win and deliver nuclear and energy programs.
