City of Centralia Office Coordinator - Public Works/City Light in Centralia, Washington

Position:

Office Coordinator (Public Works/City Light)

Date Open: April 6, 2026

Date Closes: April 20, 2026

Salary: $4,704 - $5,388/mo.* (2026 Wages) *before union elected wage contribution of $260.00 per month to supplemental pension plan.

Status: full-time, Teamsters Union

General Function:

Coordinates office activities for the Public Works and City Light Departments, including

reception, record keeping, word processing and filing.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or G.E.D. and four (4) years of progressively responsible clerical

experience, or any combination of education and experience which provides the applicant

with the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job.

Experience with accounts receivable and/or collections is desired.

Special Requirements:

Washington State Driver's License is required with acceptable driving record.
