This is also a change agent fostering alignment across global stakeholders while ensuring day‑to‑day platform operations run smoothly.

The role is based in Singapore and reports to the Head of Investment Platform, Asia Pacific.

  • Track progress toward KPIs, identify obstacles, and develop solutions that advance strategic, transformational, and growth initiatives.

  • Strengthen Business Planning & Financial Discipline

  • Lead and coordinate the Business Planning process with Functional ADs and APAC Directors, ensuring each team develops a robust, data‑driven plan.

  • Collaborate closely with Finance to provide cost, resource, productivity, and performance insights that support informed decision‑making and financial stewardship.

  • Act as a Cross‑Functional Change Agent

  • Lead large‑scale, cross‑platform initiatives that enhance APAC’s investment capabilities, infrastructure, and operating model.

  • Lead Regional Cadence & Governance
