WorkSource Oregon Water Reclamation Facility Laborer in CENTRAL POINT, Oregon
Help keep essential community infrastructure running strong. The City of Medford is seeking a dependable Water Reclamation Facility Laborer to support the Regional Water Reclamation Facility through hands-on outdoor work that keeps the site safe, clean, and operating efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation repair, heavy equipment operation, or general facility maintenance who takes pride in practical work and being part of a team that supports essential wastewater operations. Required Education and Experience: - Graduation from high school or GED equivalent; and - Must be at least 18 years of age by date of hire; and - One (1) or more years of experience in landscape maintenance and/or operation of heavy equipment. Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated understanding of safety procedures and regulations in a maintenance or construction environment. - Previous experience working at a water or wastewater treatment facility. - Demonstrated experience in manual labor, particularly in construction, maintenance, or similar fields. - Proven ability to operate basic machinery and tools related to landscape maintenance and repair tasks. Available Schedule: - Tuesday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM - During initial training, the schedule will be Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
