We specialize in precision sheet metal fabrication and offers a range of services including custom design, advanced welding, engineering, and prototyping We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a successful manufacturing team Daily Workflow: Set up CNC mills, lathes, or multi axis machines following work orders and engineering specifications Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs at the machine (Fanuc, Haas, or similar controllers) Select proper tooling, fixtures, speeds/feeds, and offsets for each job Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD& T Perform first article inspections and verify dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Monitor machines during operation to detect issues with tool wear, program errors, or material inconsistencies Adjust programs or setup parameters as needed to maintain part quality and efficiency Maintain clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize processes Document production data, material usage, and quality checks as required We\'re Seeking: 2+ years of CNC machining experience with demonstrated set up and programming skills Multi axis (3 axis) machining knowledge required Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and controller-specific programming Ability to interpret technical drawings and tolerances Proficient with precision measurement tools Familiarity with machining materials such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Excellent troubleshooting, attention to detail, and safety awareness Schedule: Monday \' Thursday -6:00 am - 4:30 pm Apply online at www.confidentapp.com To see a full list of our open jobs, go to our job board: www.confidentjobs.com One application, hundreds of jobs Equal Opportunity Employer: Employees and applicants are provided a full and fair opportunity for employment, career advancement, and access to programs without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, disability (physical or mental), sex, age, sexual orientation, genetic information, or parental status, and will not be discriminated against for any other legally protected group or status.
