A posição de Sales Intelligence Analyst Senior atua no suporte estratégico e operacional da área de Inteligência de Vendas para o canal EO Commercial. O profissional será responsável por apoiar diretamente a área de vendas, participando do processo de S&OP e garantindo uma gestão eficiente da demanda. Também será responsável pelo acompanhamento do desempenho do canal de implementos, assegurando a integridade dos dados e a fluidez dos processos entre clientes (montadoras Commercial e implementadoras), fábrica e áreas internas. O papel exige forte capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e interação constante com diferentes stakeholders.

What you will do

• Prestar suporte ao time comercial do canal EO Commercial, mantendo contato ativo com clientes e monitorando a entrada e o andamento dos pedidos.

• Elaborar, atualizar e analisar relatórios de desempenho, apoiando o acompanhamento de resultados e a tomada de decisão.

• Participar dos ciclos de S&OP, realizando alinhamentos com clientes internos e externos sobre volumes, demanda e capacidade produtiva.

• Gerenciar a captação e análise de dados via EDI, assegurando consistência, qualidade e confiabilidade das informações.

• Desenvolver, atualizar e manter dashboards e relatórios em Tableau e Power BI, garantindo visibilidade dos indicadores-chave do negócio.

• Realizar gestão operacional, incluindo controle de Past Due, contratos comerciais, pedidos e preços captados por portais e e-mails, além de atuar em auditorias, garantindo conformidade e organização documental.

What we’re looking for

• Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Logística, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas.

• Conhecimento intermediário a avançado em Excel.

• Conhecimento em processos de S&OP e gestão de demanda.

• Desejável:

• Especialização ou cursos na área de Supply Chain, Planejamento, Inteligência Comercial ou Analytics.

• Certificações ou treinamentos em ferramentas de BI (ex.: Tableau e Power Bi).

• Conhecimento em análise de dados, EDI e processos comerciais.

• Inglês intermediário
