Como Consultor Sênior de Vendas Empresariais, você será responsável por gerenciar relacionamentos estratégicos com clientes frotistas, conduzindo o ciclo completo do pneu e garantindo o alcance de metas de vendas, lucratividade e participação de mercado. O papel combina atividades de prospecção, vendas, pós-vendas e suporte técnico, com foco na identificação de oportunidades, implementação de soluções inovadoras e fortalecimento da presença da marca.
O que você fará
Atuar como consultor estratégico para clientes frotistas, gerenciando o ciclo completo do pneu para atingir metas de vendas, lucratividade, presença de marca e participação de mercado.
Realizar prospecção, vendas e pós-vendas na região de atuação, otimizando recursos e garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos comerciais.
Identificar tendências de mercado e oportunidades, desenvolvendo e executando planos estratégicos para fortalecer o negócio e ampliar a presença nas contas.
Coordenar a execução das atividades de venda direta e a atuação de revendedores em frotas, assegurando o cumprimento das metas e processos comerciais.
Liderar e implementar iniciativas de suporte técnico, incluindo treinamentos, novas soluções e ferramentas de gestão, garantindo excelência no atendimento e fidelização dos clientes.
Manter atualizadas as ferramentas de gestão (Field Force), incluindo planejamento, execução, mapeamento de mercado e análise de concorrência para suportar a tomada de decisões estratégicas.
O que estamos procurando
Graduação: Administração, Economia, Marketing, Engenharia ( Mecânica, Elétrica, Mecatrônica), Ciencias Contábeis.
4 a 5 anos de experiência ina área de Vendas, Marketing ou Equipamento Original.
Inglês basico.

Pós graduação.
Informática (Pacote Office)
Conhecimento dos processos e rotinas de vendas, técnicas de negociação, cursos da área de treinamento de vendas do nível intermediário e avançado, cálculos
