Job Description
Job Purpose
The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic clients across the Greater China region. This role focuses on deepening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and acting as a trusted advisor, while working closely with internal stakeholders across APAC to deliver high‑quality solutions and service.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop long‑term relationships with key clients across Greater China, serving as the primary point of contact
Responsible for managing all revenue streams across ICE Data Services’ full suite of products and services.
Build trusted relationships at all levels of client organizations, including senior leadership and C‑suite executives.
Drive client retention, cross‑sell, and upsell opportunities through a deep understanding of client needs and regional market dynamics
Partner with clients to align on strategic priorities, lead account planning, and manage complex contract renewals and negotiations.
Proactively identify and manage risks, escalations, and client concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development and regional stakeholders to close new business and ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
Track account performance, revenue trends, and pipeline activity to support growth and forecasting.
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
7+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or client‑facing roles, preferably within financial services or a related industry
Proven experience managing complex, high‑value client relationships within the Greater China market
Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record in revenue growth and client retention
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently while effectively navigating a matrixed, regional organization
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
Cantonese proficiency is strongly preferred

Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort handling complex or sensitive client issues
