We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team asa Product Specialist Trader, Structured Product Specialist .
In this role you will:
Responsible for structured product development, lifecycle management (idea generation, evaluation, approvals, launch readiness, documentation) and advisory for PB segment
Responsible for cross asset class flow and non-flow Structured Products marketing, price discoveries, order placements and executions per Regulatory framework and desk procedures
Lead marketing initiatives and provide SP ideas through proactive advisory services including producing internal investment commentaries, weekly morning presentations on tactical SP ideas, marketing supporting and training to RMs and ICs
Actively partner with Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors in providing optimal structured solutions and pricings to clients
Participate in joint client calls / meetings with RMs / ICs if required to provide active advice on SPs
Work closely with counterparties to identify new payoffs and initiatives, expand product shelf, onboard new payoffs / counterparties, review and provide feedbacks on counterparties’ product documents
Coordinate with Operations and Technology teams to support settlement, implement and upgrade of SP trading platforms, desk’s process streamlining and automation projects
To be successful you will need:
Experience in Structured Products / derivatives with advisory / structuring experience
Strong multi-asset product knowledge (equities, rates, credit, commodities, funds and hybrids)
Proven track record in sales and advisory in Structure Products
Excellent communication skills to present complex financial concepts and strategies in a simple form as well as strong stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of suitability, risk and compliance requirements for regulated roles
Strong knowledge in business computer applications
