We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Hospitality Executive .

In this role you will:

  • Support the Head of Hospitality Services in collaborating with preferred catering and facilities suppliers to establish and monitor standardised procedures for food preparation and delivery. Utilise data analysis and technology to optimise logistics and minimise manual errors.

  • Assist the Head of Hospitality Services in managing internal and external business and social engagements, including the planning and execution of the HSBC Hospitality Programme and volunteering activities.

  • Responsibilities include coordinating operational logistics, developing event concepts and project plans, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining budget compliance.

  • Support the Head of Hospitality Services in exploring AI opportunities and driving the adoption of AI-driven technology and digital automation by leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools and HSBC resource to enhance business planning and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with preferred catering and facilities suppliers to create user engagement communications (i.e. Catering Quarterly Survey), update content on the HSBC Intranet MyDay, Workplace and SharePoint, and manage digital communication distribution (i.e. Weekly Staff Catering Menu upload).

  • Establish and maintain accurate contract profiles for preferred catering and facilities suppliers within the HSBC system, ensuring all compliance requirements are consistently met through proactive and effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Provide support in uploading and tabulating hospitality operational expenses. Coordinate Senior Executive Social Engagements, such as the CO-CEOs talent luncheon and Chairman Social Events, and update G&E reporting as required.

To be successful you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in banking & finance or customer services industry.

  • Proven success in communications and outreach.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and organisational skills.

  • Basic accounting proficiency.

  • Creative thinker and effective team player.
