Retail Distribution
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 255 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.

Principal Responsibilities
Management and processing of servicing requests for HSBC Customers
Coaching and development of direct and non-direct line reports to support improving skills and capability
Use knowledge of products, processes and procedures to address customer needs both through the team and individually
Support frontline colleagues to deliver service to customers at first point of contact through the reduction of operational requirements
Provide guidance on transactions and ensure that all work is processed in accordance with the established and documented procedures
Continually evaluate processes and procedures to support improved efficiency and effectiveness of operations
Development and maintenance of Operational Management Information
Manage unit administration activities
Ensure excellent satisfaction is achieved through leading a team within its remit to consistently deliver excellent service for both internal and external clients
Qualifications
Secondary School or equivalent
HKCEE / HKDSE (with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics)
Experience: 2-5 years
Strong service orientation with good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, attentive to detail, eager to learn with positive attitude
Strong level of customer centricity with change mind-set to cope with the on-going business transformation
Proficient in both English and Chinese, with ability to communicate in Putonghua an advantage
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
