Clinical Manager - DOPS Centerburg Knox Community Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and oversight for daily department operations
- Participates in patient care activities
- Acts a clinical and technical resource for team
- Demonstrate critical care thinking to provide safe, high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with standards of practice and policies
Skills/Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of nursing role and scope of practice
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to actively manage change, resolve conflict, problem-solve and make decisions
Requirements Include
*Qualifications: *
- Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education, BSN preferred.
- Current licensure to practice professional Nursing in the State of Ohio.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required.
- Previous charge/supervisory or management experience preferred
- Specialty is preferred; in Medical Clinic area and Joint Commission knowledge.
