Description We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, driving strategic initiatives that align organizational goals with people-focused strategies. With a focus on collaboration, you will address complex talent challenges, foster a positive workplace culture, and support operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
• Address employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions in line with organizational values.
• Develop and implement strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company culture.
• Oversee benefits administration and provide employees with relevant information and assistance.
• Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and generate insights for decision-making.
• Coach leaders on effective people management practices to strengthen team dynamics and performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess workforce needs and implement talent strategies.
• Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and HR best practices. Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations, including handling sensitive matters with discretion.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and employment laws.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices for integrating new employees.
• Experience managing benefit functions and explaining offerings to employees.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems with the ability to analyze and utilize HR data effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to develop and execute people strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex talent challenges.
