Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator for a distribution and field-support environment in Centennial, CO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally to manage and reconcile inventory both physically and systematically.
Job Highlights:
-Monitor, track, and reconcile field/distributor inventory using internal inventory systems and shipping platforms.
-Investigate inventory variances and discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend -corrective actions.
-Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc inventory reports; reconcile missing or late reports daily.
-Coordinate product returns, exchanges, asset placement, recovery, and cycle counts.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO requirements.
What we look for:
-Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and strong computer literacy.
-1--2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and operations teams.
-High School diploma or equivalent required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity.
