Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is partnered with a well-established manufacturing and distribution client in Centennial, CO to find an Aftermarket Parts Specialist
. This role is the primary point of contact for HVAC trade customers needing parts, equipment, and support. The ideal candidate enjoys customer service, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable working in a warehouse and office/counter-sales environment.
Duties / Highlights:
- Assist HVAC customers in person and by phone with parts and equipment needs
- Identify, select, and recommend correct replacement parts and solutions
- Receive, inspect, and inventory parts using ERP software
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse and counter area
- Support service technicians with parts orders and work orders
- Build strong customer relationships through knowledgeable, friendly service
What We Look For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC parts, wholesale parts, or related industry preferred
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs, climb ladders, and operate a forklift
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable using computer systems (Excel experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Willingness to complete background check and drug screen
