Celina Aluminum Precision Technology Die Service Technician in Celina, Ohio

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Die Service Department!
Key Responsibilities:
- Inepect, repair, install, and maintain dies and tooling components
- Read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on dies
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion to help minimize downtime
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve die performance
- Basic machine set up such as lathes, and mills
- Welding
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 2nd / 3rd shift
- Abilitiy to read blueprints and techical drawings
- Prior use of precision measuring tools
- Previous experience in die maintenance and repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Welding experience
- Ability to handle a physical workload
- Experience working with CNC Mills and 3D models is a plus
